Welcome to my hobby "beekeeping"
Strictly speaking, the term "beekeeping" and "manufacture" is a bit exaggerated. I maintain 3 - 4 bee colonies and my main concern is to make them available to nature and to preserve the health of the bees.
The honey, the propolis and the wax represent my reward, so to speak, which I receive from my bees. The bees I keep belong to the "Carnica bee" breed, which has proven itself well in my region. They are gentle and forgive the occasional mistake.
I process the beeswax to make candles and use my own beeswax and honey for my natural products. As types of honey I offer blossom honey and cream honey. However, even the term "offer" is a bit exaggerated.
Sometimes I don't harvest any honey at all, and sometimes it's just a few kilos, depending on the year, natural influences and factors surrounding the bees. All in all it is a hobby and a very small hobby apiary.
My Sale
When the harvest permits, I offer my honey for sale, and in the winter, the beeswax candles I make, through my specially designed "Sales Booth".
Customers have the option to purchase these products through self-service. My sales concept is based on trust in the honesty of my customers.
Since I have a full-time job, traditional direct selling isn't practical. Nevertheless, I would like to offer my customers the opportunity to purchase high-quality honey. That's why I started this pilot project. How this project will develop remains to be seen and time will tell.

Here are some tips for proper honey storage:
Keep it cool: Ideally store it at around 15°C. Avoid direct sunlight and heated rooms. The refrigerator is not an ideal choice as honey is sensitive to heat, and important ingredients can be lost at high temperatures.
Store it dry: Ensure the lid is always tightly closed. Honey is hygroscopic, meaning it attracts moisture from the air, so it should be protected from humidity.
Keep it in the dark: Preferably in a pantry or cellar. Honey is light-sensitive, especially certain enzymes that can be compromised with prolonged exposure to light.
Stay odor-neutral: Always keep the lid tightly closed, as honey can quickly absorb foreign odors and flavors.
I would be very happy to receive a greeting and a message from you. In addition, I am always open to your wishes, suggestions and ideas.
Finally, I just want to do one thing - thank you very much for your interest.
I wish you all the best and a day full of enjoyment. With bee-friendly greetings, BBBeen
